Pipacs White Bread

Pipacs White Bread

Each one of our traditional white breads is hand made of fine wheat flour (BL80) of the grain type „triticum aestivum” harvested in Hungarian farms, milled in roller mills. Slow leavening is ensured by our trademark sour dough made of the same flour, which results in a mild, less sourish, balanced taste and a crunchy, thin crust. The dough’s hydration (proportion of water) is higher than other white breads, to which it’s crumb thanks it’s airy, light texture. This soft, light white bread with no particular side taste other than the memories of bread from the old times we recommend you for your sandwich or salad, or even to accompany meals.
