Our bread with raisins is made from the dough of white & whole wheat bread, praised for it’s nutritional value. The right proportion of raisins is added to the dough right after kneading, making it taste slightly sweet, while adding some softness to the dough as well. Its flavour is in perfect harmony with cheeses or a liver pate.
